WHERE DO WE SHIP OUR PRODUCTS?
DELIVERY OF ORDERS AND DEADLINES
Once you have made your order you will receive a confirmation message.
In Spain, goods will be delivered within approximately 24hr to 72hr working days from payment. In the rest of the countries, goods will be dispatched within approximately 3 to 7 working days of the payment being cleared. Unless you would like the product earlier please contact us at: elisaf@elisaf.com
Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email from us.
We will notify you of the departure of your order by email.
RETURNS
If you are not satisfied with the product you have bought, you have 30 days since your purchase in order to return the article/s bought. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
We do not accept returns from:
- Products that have been used.
- Products that do not conserve the original swing ticket and packaging.
We will only refund the costs of the product, not the costs of the delivery.
