\nShipping for Spain is free.
\nEurope deliveries are free for orders above 100\u20ac
\nInternational deliveries are free for orders above 250\u20ac.<\/p>\n

PROCESSING OF ORDERS<\/b>
\nFor orders placed from Monday to Friday before 13:30h, we try our best to process the same business day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.<\/p>\n

Once your order has been placed you will receive an order confirmation email. And once shipped, you will receive another email with your tracking number and all the shipment details.<\/p>\n

DELIVERY TIMES<\/strong>
\nSpain<\/strong>: Orders will be delivered within approximately 1 to 4 working days from shipment.
\nEurope<\/strong>: Orders will be delivered within approximately 2 to 7 working days from shipment.
\nInternational<\/strong>: Orders will be delivered within approximately 4 to 9 working days from shipment.<\/p>\n

WHAT ARE THE CUSTOM DUTIES OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION?<\/strong>
\nYou can be charged with import duties or local sales taxes. The amount is approx. 12%-14% of the total amount including shipping costs.<\/p>\n

Orders under the 600\u20ac (or a total that is not higher than $800) to the USA are free from import duties. are free from import duties.<\/p>\n

If a delivery is rejected by the customer, the customer is responsible for any costs made.<\/p>\n

Import duties and local taxes are handled and determined by local custom authorities, RAVENS VIEW CLOTHING is not responsible for this.<\/p>\n

The rules for importing goods may vary per country.<\/p>\n

Refund policy<\/h2>\n

If you are not satisfied with the product you have bought, you have 30 days since your purchase in order to return the article\/s bought.<\/p>\n

If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can\u2019t offer you a refund or exchange.<\/p>\n

We do not accept returns from:
\n– Products that have been used.
\n– Products that do not conserve the original swing ticket and packaging.<\/p>\n

Once we have checked that the product and the original swing ticket is in the same state as received we will refund the money back to your bank account.<\/p>\n

We will only refund the costs of the product, not the costs of the delivery.<\/p>\n

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the shipping will be deducted from your refund.<\/p>\n
